SHIPPING INFO
Australia & New Zealand
Most of our packages are shipped via Australia Post.
Choose either;
Express Post (next day delivery to major cities, traceable).
Registered Post (to be signed for at delivery)
Shipping costs.
For standard orders, the following shipping rates apply;
Australia Post Express Satchel $7.50
Australia Post Registered Mail $10.00
Please allow up to 5 days for processing and delivery.
International orders.
We will happily ship anywhere in the world. Please email us prior to placing your order for shipping options and pricing.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or CODs.
Your credit card will not be charged until order is confirmed and prepared for shipping.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original tags in place. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, minus shipping charges.
How to make a return / exchange.
Prior to sending merchandise in for a refund or exchange, you must obtain a return authorization number. Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please let us know at this time why you are sending the item(s) back.
Once your request is approved, typically within 1 business day, you will receive an e-mail with your RMA #. Include this number on your return slip and on the mailing label included in your original package.
Depending where in the world you are, your RMA # will include the address of the nearest NUI Organics office for you to return product to.
Returned items and items for exchange must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA#. It is strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via via Registered Mail or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Not sure which NUI Organics? blanket your sister would like for her new baby? Give her a NUI Gift Certificate. You can have the Gift Certificate delivered to the recipient by regular mail or have an electronic gift certificate emailed to them. There is no shipping charge associated with a gift certificate purchase, email or mail.
Gift Certificate Redemption.
Gift certificates can be used online by entering the special gift certificate code in the Coupon Code section during checkout. Click on the Submit button to apply the discount. Your remaining balance, if any, will be placed back into your account for future purchases. Any additional funds required above the value of the Gift Certificate can be paid by credit card at checkout.
